ITW international librarians and local South african librarians working together to establish schools and community libraries in rural & remote communities of KZN, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Northern Cape provinces. Book Certifcate Program organizes publishers bookfare & offered books purchasing vouchers to build the collection development of this started libraries.
